Dear Reader,
I am proud to announce the 25th anniversary of Ecron Acunova.
EA’s history of progress and success started in October 1986, when Dr Klaus Wiedey founded the European nucleus of EA as a German enterprise.
From its very first day focus of the company has been to concentrate on clients’ needs and to provide personalised services at a high quality level to gain maximum value for each clinical research project.
To offer clients an optimal mix of countries for marketing authorization speedily with quality data, the company has spread its direct coverage to key countries in Eastern and Western Europe around the millennium years. By the merger of Ecron and Manipal Acunova with its Indian headquarters we established a European-Asian synergy platform in 2007. US footsteps through our Princeton office and acquisition of majority stake in IATEC SEA CRO and the Nordic pioneer aCROnordic brought it to an optimal combination of eastern and western countries.
As EA’s growth has been built under consideration of local expertise, today EA combines its vast professional trial experience with knowledge of various regional health systems and cultures.
Understanding the advantages of developed and emerging markets, our motto as a multinational full-service CRO is to ‘accelerate Pharma time-to-market cost effectively with no compromise in quality’ in clinical development for sponsors in pharma, biotech, device, nutritional and medical diagnostic sectors.
During the past quarter of a century many of our clients have contributed to our track record as a reliable quality CRO by continuous cooperation for more than two decades.
25th anniversary is a significant milestone for EA and we wish to thank our esteemed clients, employees and everyone who is part of EA’s 25-year history for their reliance!
