The combined company will have the scale, breadth and capabilities to serve clients more effectively in the global life sciences sector. We see a significant synergy between the two companies. Take’s depth and scale of data management, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory related services will give our customers a broader service offering. With this merger, EA will add audit ready infrastructure in USA and India to its expanding footprint. The merger will provide more service options and a wider geography for our clients.
