Directions to Bangalore Research Center from Bangalore Airport
From Bangalore International Airport, take NH7 heading to the Hebbal flyover passing the ITC factory, Yelhanka Airforce Base on your right and, further on, Vidyashilp academy on your left. Straight ahead, as you pass Columbia Asia Hospital, take the left on the Hebbal flyover to join the outer ring road. From the airport to this junction it is approximately 25 kms. This ring road passes Manyata Tech park, Hennur junction, Kalyannagar bus depot, Hormavu onto a flyover that joins old Madras road. From here, take the road below the bridge, below the Marthahalli flyover that passes the KR Puram station, straight ahead through Mahadevapura until you pass Hewlett Packard, Brigade Metropolis and Prestige Shantiniketan. On passing these landmarks, take a right towards the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Science (Hospital) at the Big Bazaar junction. Straight ahead directly opposite gate 3 of the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Science (Hospital) is the SJR i-Park entrance on your right. |

The Mangalore international airport (formerly Bajpe Airport) is located 20 km north east of the city centre.
Directions to Manipal Research Center from Mangalore Airport
Manipal, an international university town, is well connected by road, rail and air. There are two main cities close to Manipal which serve as entry points - Udupi and Mangalore. Udupi is about 5 km from Manipal (10 min drive), whereas Mangalore is about 65 km away (1.5 hours drive). The closest international airport is located in Mangalore. If you plan to come by rail, your drop off point would be Udupi station on the ‘Konkan Railway Line connecting Mumbai and Trivandrum in the South (along the West coast of India). |
