ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan)
With a motive of encouraging employees to align individual performance with company objectives to create market value, we strive to align employee interests with those of the organisation. Employees are rewarded with company ownership in proportion to their contribution based on their performance.
To fulfil this, an ESOP trust has been formed under the name of 'Manipal AcuNova Employees Welfare Trust'. The Trust is operated as per ESOP Plan 2005 and governed by an independent Compensation Committee. |
